12. Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and its amendments or any other mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in Thailand. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Civil Court, Bangkok, Thailand.
